Returns + Exchanges for Online Shop

RETURNS

We understand that returns happen, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept approved returns within 30 days of online package delivery date. Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 3 days of receipt or we will, unfortunately, not be able to honor the claim.

Return timeframe: 

• Within 10 days: full refund to the same card used for purchase
• After 10 days but before 30 days: store credit only
• After 30 days: returns not accepted

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items must be returned unused - any returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for a return. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.

All items returned should have the order number to allow easy identification and prompt processing with the order number clearly written on the outside of the package. Items returned without an order number will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

The order number may be requested by contacting us or inspecting the packing list or directly on your account page.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after it has been delivered to you. You will be provided tracking information for your order.

Please contact us at info@bdkmint.com before returning your item. Please include a copy of your order when returning. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We can only grant returns on items that we receive back at our shop so please hold on to the tracking information.

Custom-Made or Special Order Items

Items which have to be specially ordered or custom-made are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

Sale Items

Clearance / sale items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately. The above return policy applies. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item.
